Lilli is a graduate of James River High School. She is attending Virginia Commonwealth University, Midlothian, VA and majoring in Art Foundation. She is the recipient of the Alyssa Joy Stith Memorial Scholarship sponsored by the Stith family for students in the Arts. Her high school activities included the National Art Honor Society, SEA of Japan, and the National Language Honor Society.

Lilli has worked at Penn Station Subs, Grandpa's Attic Consignments and the Visual Arts Center of Richmond. She is the daughter of Pamela Manso.
